What you need

cup soy sauce

tbsp monk fruit extract

tbsp sesame oil

tsp onion powder

cup rice

cup lentil

cup vegetable stock

cup broccoli florets

tbsp cornstarch

cup onion

cup mushroom

tbsp garlic

cup sesame seed
Instructions
Lentils and Rice 11 Get your rice going in the rice cooker. (takes 15-20 minutes) 0 Cook 1 cup of lentil beans in 2 cups vegetable stock with 1 bay leaf until tender. (About 12-15 minutes) Then you will let that cool. Sauce 1 In a medium sized bowl combine: Soy Sauce, Sweetener, Sesame Oil, EVOO, and Onion Powder. Stir to combine and set aside. Vegetable Mix 2 Mix broccoli florets with cornstarch and set aside. 9 Chop onion and mushrooms. 8 Sauté onion and mushrooms until tender (about 6 minutes). Add in garlic and cook for 2 minutes. 10 Add in broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until broccoli starts to soften.
