0 Gather ingredients together and cook bacon first. 1 In a stock pot, heat up birria meat and sauce. Be sure to not add too much sauce, just enough to coat meat. 2 Cut Hawaiian sliders in half. Place on parchment paper inside an aluminum baking dish. 3 Melt butter in small pot. 4 Place birria meat on bottom bun, then place 8 slices pepper jack cheese on top of the meat and then top with chopped up bacon. Finish with top bun. 5 Brush melted butter onto top bun of sliders and then sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. 6 Cover with foil, place on the Pellet Grill or oven 350℉ for 15 minutes. 7 After 15 minutes, remove foil and cook another 5 minutes.
