These Crock-Pot Boiled Peanuts are an easy, hands-off way to make a classic salty Southern snack. Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let the magic happen—perfect for game days, gatherings, or anytime cravings!

What you need

cup kosher salt

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

tbsp smoked paprika

tsp chili powder

tbsp white pepper

tbsp beef broth

0 Rinse off peanuts and drain. Repeat. Place clean peanuts into an 8-10 qt Crock-Pot. 1 In a large stock pot, mix together 3 Quarts Hot Water and your Soaking Seasonings: 1/3 Cup Salt, 3 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 3 Tbsp Onion Powder, 1 1/2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika, 2 Tsp Chili Powder, 1 Tbsp White Pepper. 2 Heat up stock pot on stove to dissolve seasonings and then pour over the peanuts. Let them soak over night (don't cook yet). 3 Drain peanuts. Place back into the Crock-Pot. 4 Heat up 3 Quarts of water and mix in Cooking Seasonings: 4 Tbsp Salt, 1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder, 1 1/2 Tbsp Smoke Paprika, 1 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder, 2 1/2 Tbsp Beef Broth (or 1 1/2 Tbsp Dales Seasoning). 5 Add seasoned water to peanuts in Crock-Pot and stir.
