What you need

3 lb chuck roast

1 salt

2 tbsp beef bouillon cube

4 clove garlic

1 lb purple potatoes

1 onion

½ cup water

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp celery salt

2 tsp dried onion flakes
Instructions
0 Season chuck roast with SPG and then sear each side in a skillet for 3 minutes, then place in your crockpot. 1 Rough chop onion. Then, add your cream of mushroom, whole garlic cloves, onion, seasonings, beef base, and water. Stir to combine the beef base with liquid ingredients. Put a lid on the crockpot and set it to high. 3 After two hours of cooking, wash and chop your potatoes. Peel and chop carrots. Add them to the crockpot quickly without keeping the lid open more than a few seconds. 4 Place lid back on and cook for another 5 hours on high. If you have a new Crockpot, you may not need at 5 hours. Check after 3 hrs. 5 After 7 total hours, grab two forks and pull apart the meat. Stir to combine all the ingredients together. What if the meat is still tough after 7 hours? Place the lid on it and cook for another 90 minutes.View original recipe
