Crock Pot Lasagna

This easy Crock Pot Lasagna recipe is the quickest way to make lasagna with just 15 minutes of prep time. It also has minimal mess since you don't even need to boil the noodles. Just layer and let the slow cooker do the work for you - your family will think you were cooking for hours.

What you need

lb ground beef

cup ricotta cheese

cup mozzarella, shredded

cup parmesan cheese, shredded

tsp oregano

tsp basil

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
0 Shred mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 1 In a large mixing bowl, mix together 3 cups Mozzarella, 1 cup of Parmesan, 4 cups of Ricotta, 3 whisked Eggs, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1 1/2 tsp Basil, and 1 1/2 tsp Oregano. 2 In a skillet on medium heat, brown ground beef. Strain beef and then season with 3/4 tsp of each - Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder. 3 Add in 1 jar (24 oz) of marinara into the beef. Mix well and turn off heat. 4 Coat the bottom of the slow cooker with 1 cup of marinara. Then, add a layer or uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 the meat mixture, followed by 1/2 the ricotta mixture. 5 Add another layer of Noodles, Meat and Ricotta. 6 End with a 3rd layer of noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and top with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese. 7 Set Crock Pot to high for 3 hours and allow Lasagna to set and cool for 15 minutes before serving.View original recipe
