Instructions
0 Preheat air fryer at 400°F. Peel and cube 4-5 medium russet potatoes. Place them in a bowl with half measurements of the following: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Toss until potatoes are completely coated. Place in air fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes around 10 minutes into cook. 1 While the potatoes are cooking, cube your chicken and season with the remaining half of seasonings: olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Stir it around very well so that all the chicken is coated. 2 Preheat skillet on medium high heat. Melt butter first and then add in chicken. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 3 Preheat oven to 375°F. 4 Once chicken is cooked, add in minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then, add in Garlic Parmesan Sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. You're looking for the sauce to cook down by a ¼. Add in the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir well. 5 Top with the freshly grated mozzarella and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is fully melted and gets a tad bit brown.View original recipe
