Mexican Pizza

Any time I can bring together two types of cuisine to make something unique and delicious, you better believe I will! Mexican pizza is a perfect example (or, as my kids all it: "taco pie"). I took the shape and concept of a classic pizza and combined it with traditional taco ingredients to make this hit family dinner.

Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350℉. 1 In a pan, cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Drain grease. 8 Dice onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Drain canned tomatoes and green chilis. 2 Place one tortilla in your cast iron skillet. Then, add your cooked ground beef and press it down. 3 Pour out queso on top of meat and spread it around. Add another tortilla on top of queso and lightly press it down. 4 Begin to layer on the other ingredients: add on tomatoes, green chilies, sharp cheddar cheese, diced onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and black olives. 5 Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes and then let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. 6 Mix sour cream and heavy cream mixture together and then place it in a squeeze bottle so that you can squeeze it out easily on your piece of pizza pie. 7 Enjoy!View original recipe
