lb salmon, cut into 5-7 oz filets

tsp fine sea salt

tsp garlic powder

cup orange juice

tsp corn starch

tbsp honey

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp butter

3 Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F M 4 Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Cut the salmon into 6-8-ounce fillets if they are not already portioned. Season both sides with salt and garlic powder. Place over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken, about 60 seconds. Stir in the honey, brown sugar, and butter. Continue stirring until the butter melts and the glaze becomes smooth. Remove from heat.
