tbsp taco seasoning

cup beef broth

tbsp tomato paste

jalapeno, Diced

cup lime juice

0 Prep Roast: Season the roast with salt and pepper on all sides. I seared for about two minutes on each side. Place the roast in crock pot. 2 Prep Ingredients: Dice the onion and jalapeño and place them on the roast. Pour over the roast and veggies.
