What you need

oz ahi tuna

tsp soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

tsp rice vinegar

cup cooked rice

tsp sugar, or Monk Fruit Sweetener

tsp fine sea salt

onion, sliced thinly

english cucumber, cubed

avocado, sliced thinly or cubes

bunch nori, optional
Instructions
0 Pat tuna dry and Cold Smoke on the pellet grill for 1 hour. (Need more info on Cold Smoking? Visit www.cookitwithtim.com for detailed step-by-step) 1 Cut smoked ahi tuna into cubes and marinate with 1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Sesame Oil and 1 tsp Rice Vinegar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2 Cook rice will tuna marinates. 3 Prep toppings by thinly slicing onion and avocado and cutting cucumber into cubes. 4 Once rice is cooked, season with 1 tsp Rice Vinegar, 1/2 tsp Monk Fruit or Sugar and 1/2 tsp sea salt. Set aside to cool. 5 Separate rice between bowls and evenly distribute cucumber, onion, avocado and marinaded tuna. 6 Top your Smoked Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls with soy sauce, sesame oil, nori and sesame seeds.
