What you need

oz heavy cream

cup rice

cup shredded cheddar

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp paprika
Instructions
0 Rinse the rice off with water until the water runs clear and then cook it and let it cool slightly. Once cooked place in a bowl and break up and allow to cool. 1 Season chicken and place in oven at 375° for 12-14 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160° - let cool briefly and chop into 1/2 to 1" cubes. 2 Get a large mixing bowl and simply add all your ingredients in: rice, chicken, 1 ½ cups of the cheese, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 6 oz heavy cream, and add your left over seasoning into the mix. 3 Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spray the inside of the dish and pour in your mixture and spread out the casserole mixture and top with the rest of the cheese which is most of it. The reason you add 1 ½ cups of cheese with the casserole is to help bind it together and have cheese inside the casserole. Or add more cheese if you desire. 4 Bake for 30-35 minutes on 350℉ until all the cheese is melted and is starting to get bubbly and its warmed all the way through.View original recipe
