0 Preheat oven to 350℉. 1 Cook 1 lb of ground beef with Taco Seasoning. Pat beef dry to remove any excess grease. 2 Dice up onion and bell pepper and slice jalapeño into round pieces. 3 Add oil to a pan and sauté onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Once veggies are tender add in minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. 4 Mix together cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, softened cream cheese, and 4 oz of the shredded cheddar cheese (the remaining 2 oz will go on in next step) 5 Using a muffin pan, press in the wonton wrappers into the pan and fill each wonton with a heaping Tbsp of the meat mixture. Top with cheese. 6 Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and wontons are golden brown. 7 Once out of the oven, top them with sour cream and a slice of fresh jalapeño. 8 Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
